Think Like TV to Make Work More Fun

Jason Fried suggested a great way to get real input about products and services.  As a way to evaluate one of their premiere software programs, Basecamp, he conducted a mock roast of the software just like you’d see on Comedy Central.  His employees targeted the problems with the software in a fun environment allowing them to be more truthful.
